WELCOME TO UNIQUE CABINETRY INC

Unique Cabinetry Inc (since 1981) fabricates cabinetry for stores,  offices,  and institutions in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Fabrication and installation is performed using modern techniques including Autocad with computer controlled sawing,  routing,  and boring.  Cabinetry is furnished in a complete package including metalwork, glass, and countertops.

Cabinetry is generally fabricated using Melamine coated particleboard or plywood coated with a cabinet liner and backer sheet.  Custom plastic laminate is applied as necessary to the cabinet exterior.  Doors are either plastic laminate or custom finished wood.  Counter tops and panels are made from plastic laminate,  granite,  solid surface,  or stainless steel.

Counter Tops and Kicks (the piece at the floor)  are always made from plywood to  prevent water damage to these areas.  Cable chases and grommet holes are provided as necessary to provide channels for routing computer,  telephone and electrical cables.  Hidden “European”  hinges and epoxy coated drawer slides are standard items.  Wall hung counters are supported with continuous aluminum channel screwed to wall studs and powder coated steel angle support legs screwed to wall studs.

Reception Desks and service counters are built in sections (they can be moved at a later date)  and set on heavy duty levelers to adjust for irregular concrete floors.  The levelers also help protect the lower areas from moisture.
